FirstChants Safety Standards – Protecting Children and Preventing Exploitation

At FirstChants, we are committed to creating a platform that uplifts purpose-driven artists while ensuring the safety of every user. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety of children and vulnerable individuals is a non-negotiable priority in how we design, manage, and monitor our app.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not allow any content, communication, or behavior that involves or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children—whether explicit or implied. Any violation will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the responsible account.

2. Content Moderation and Prevention

• Media Review: All uploaded media (videos, images, text) is subject to automatic and manual review. We flag and investigate suspicious content.

• Flagging System: Users can report posts or profiles directly through the app. These reports are reviewed urgently.

• Keyword Filters: We apply proactive filtering to detect harmful language or patterns associated with exploitation or grooming behavior.

• User Guidelines: All creators and supporters must agree to our strict terms of service, which prohibit CSAE-related content or conduct.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

If CSAE-related content is identified or reported:

• The content is immediately removed

• The user’s account is suspended or banned

• We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations where necessary

• We retain evidence in line with legal obligations to assist investigations

4. Age Restrictions and Access Control

• FirstChants is not intended for users under the age of 13.

• We take reasonable measures to restrict underage access and remove any accounts suspected of violating our age policy.

• Parents or guardians concerned about misuse can contact us directly.

5. Education and Accountability

We educate our users—especially artists and performers—on maintaining safe and respectful content standards. Any violation of community guidelines is investigated thoroughly.
